Speaking of hearing aids and implants.You can only buy one accommodation for each Sim, so choose wisely! From least to most expensive they go Lip Reading, SSL, Hearing Aids, and Cochlear Implants. The accommodations have been converted into reward traits of their own, that are only purchasable with the Deaf trait already bought. From now on, the base trait of Deaf is free.The structure of the trait has been rebuilt from the ground up in order to fix the accommodations issue! (Literally if you already have the trait present in the save, you will need to buy it for the affected Sim again.) And by fix, I mean workaround.
